I believe the Palestinian should get the land because they never left the land and the land is a holy place for Muslims also a majority of Palestinian people are in refugee camps and can't fight back.

I believe that the Palestinian have the right to the land because they did not leave in a large amount of numbers like the Israeli did. Also the land is a holy place of Muslims. The Jewish people forced the Palestinian to leave there homeland because they were on there homeland but in the time the Jewish people were gone the Palestinian made that land there homeland.

When the Jewish people came back and started the war in 1946 so far this war has left 4.7 million Palestinian are classified as refugees by the U.N. this just goes to show that the Israeli are pushing the Palestinians out of the country and will do what ever it takes. I believe that the Palestinians have the right to the land because the Jewish people left in great numbers, and then returned. Also the Palestinians have never left the land and the Jewish people left and then came back to take the land back from the Palestinians. Some people say that the Jewish people claim the land because of there religion and that God gave the Jewish people Israel, but the Jewish people have a home land on what is the Palestinians land and this land is important to Muslim faith.
