I think Palestine deserves the land because instead of signing a peace tready to end the war between the two country's, One of the head leaders Abu Mazen joined alliances with terrorist and murderers

I think the the Palestinians should have the land because the Israelis didn't take care of the land for a while and wasn't keeping covenant (company) with god. The Palestinians should keep the land because they would keep more company with god, unlike the Israelis. Also, even though the Israelis were back on the land, they wouldn't keep covenant with god. (Weren't paying much attention to him).

I think Paleinistine deserves the land because the Paleninstine claims article says that the Jews made the Palestinians leave their homes and flee to neighboring Arab countries when the Palestinians always lived on that land. Also Palenstine is a holy place for Muslims too that land has always been important to Muslim faith. The Jews just took over.

I believe that the Palestinians have the right to the land because the Jewish people left in great numbers, and then returned. Also the Palestinians have never left the land and the Jewish people left and then came back to take the land back from the Palestinians. The Palestine's have lived there for century's and that's all we know, could Israel have owned it once? Yes they could have but we have no documentation on that so we have no other choice but to side with Palestine on this one.

I say that Palestine deserves the land. Mainly because all of Israels Reasons are largely based around their religion, which doesn't provide great proof. MY first reason that Palestine deserves the land is because the Jews left pretty much saying "here have it." MY evidence to support this is that when the Jews left the Palestinians came and started to live there. Then the Jews come back and try to forcefully "regain" the land. If they want it that bad, try settling on terms or you know, they could just live on the land together. Anyway, my second reason is that the Jews have plenty of land already. They say that the land is theirs, but really the Palestinians are being pushed into little refugee areas while the Jews control most if not all of the land right now. Now they will say something like "God gave the land to the Jews." but they have to think, "Just because you say that, doesn't mean everyone else believes you have divine rights." So in conclusion I say that the Palestinians should have the land.

I think that Palestine should have the land because it was theirs in the first place. What if you have been living in a house for a long time that you loved and you were tossed out would you still think that it is still your home?

I believe that the land belongs to Palestine. One reason is that the Palestine always lived at the land and never left. while the Israeli was once at the land and left only to come back to fight and have wars over the land. The Israeli has only one nation and that means that the do not take very well care of there land to only have one nation. The Palestine has 21 states that they owned this means that the Palestine takes very well care of there land and keeps up with it. Palestine has more responsibility so they should deserve the land.

Palestinians should get at least half of Israel because, Palestinians have always been on that land and now they have no homeland. They left in small groups, but there has always been some of them there, unlike Israelis who left all at once. The Israelis forced them to leave there homes and go into refugee camps in neighboring countries. At first Palestinians left fled to other countries trying to avoid war, thinking they could come home, but they couldn't. The Israelis had already taken the land.

I think that Palestinians deserve the land because they were there even when the Jews left. Also, It was their land for thousands of years until it was forced away by Israel.

Because there is no time in the areas history that they have not lived there. And why do the Jews get a home land on what is Arab land, and then the Arabs have no home land. there is many reason why each country should overtake the land but the advantages over rule on the side of the Palestinians, Israelite's have left multiple times and returned. The thing that caused this controversy was the Israel people were repeatedly leaving and coming back after weeks months and sometimes years, the Palestine people had no idea if they would stay or come back, overtime the Israels didn't show up so the Palestine's decided to take it over.

I strongly believe that that the Palestinians deserve the land over the Israelis. A reason I have for this is, Palestinians have always lives on the land or environment. One evidence is that,

I believe Palestine should have the land because they had it first! It's their home land and they deserve it, even though god supposedly gave the Jewish that land. But I think that that point could be disputed because god giving them their land isn't good argument when Palestine already had it in the first place. This is a very lopsided war because the USA is granting Israel $8.5 million and Palestine get $0! Plus for my strongest fact, I found that only 129 Israel kids were killed. Palestine won the land fair and square after the Jews left it was only the Palestine it was the Jews fault for leaving so how do you know that they aren't going to leave it again.

Another reason that the Palestinians should get to keep the land is because They don't have a homeland anymore. Also my second reason is that the Jewish already have a homeland and the Arab do not have a homeland. And without a homeland there is no place to call home. If the Jewish got to have the land they would have two different homelands and that is not very fair to the Arab who deserve the homeland.

When the Jewish people came back and started the war in 1946 so far this war has left 4.7 million Palestinian are classified as refugees by the U.N. this just goes to show that the Israeli are pushing the Palestinians out of the country and will do what ever it takes. When the jews went to war it was for land,the definition of war is an armed conflict between country's. When the TWO COUNTY"S went to WAR ARMED with WEAPON'S it technically was still war when they took over the land.

I think that the plaestine deserves the land because they have always lived on that land they never left in great number's. and there is no time in the areas history that they have not lived there.they fought for there land with war. And it's part of there religon, it counts as there holy place.

The Jews started the war making the Palestinians leave there homes and go to other Arab country's cause they didn't want to get hurt, they didn't think that it would last long and that they could come back when it was over, they came back but left again because the Isrealets were there because the U.N gave it to them.
