you might say that its there land because, they fought for it but they tryed to take it back forcefully..

I think that the plaestine deserves the land because they have always lived on that land they never left in great number's. and there is no time in the areas history that they have not lived there.they fought for there land with war. And it's part of there religon, it counts as there holy place.
