I say that the land belongs to Palestine because, Israel bases most of their reasons off of their religion. Palestine doesn't need to give up the land if the Israelis left! they left giving it up and then later just flood back in using force? that's not right. The Israelis already have a lot of land, they don't need to take what little the Palestinians have. So again i say that the land belongs to the Palestinians.

Basing your rights off of religion is a horrible idea. Because 1. Not everyone believes in that stuff. 2. It doesn't mean you have divine rights and 3. the government/architects build houses yet people come from all over and buy them in different areas. So isn't that the same thing. only difference is if its land or a building.

it says that the Jews were there first. But that doesn't mean they get full rights. It just never recorded the Palestinians. and also, They shouldn't act like little kids. "We were here first." "NO you weren't" "Yeah" "No." stop acting like that they are all adults they should work it out like adults not base it off of "we were here first."

Just because a book says something doesn't mean they have to follow it. An example is "An eye for an eye" if someone hits your arm, you don't go hit them back. You have common sense and just leave it be.

I say that Palestine deserves the land. Mainly because all of Israels Reasons are largely based around their religion, which doesn't provide great proof. MY first reason that Palestine deserves the land is because the Jews left pretty much saying "here have it." MY evidence to support this is that when the Jews left the Palestinians came and started to live there. Then the Jews come back and try to forcefully "regain" the land. If they want it that bad, try settling on terms or you know, they could just live on the land together. Anyway, my second reason is that the Jews have plenty of land already. They say that the land is theirs, but really the Palestinians are being pushed into little refugee areas while the Jews control most if not all of the land right now. Now they will say something like "God gave the land to the Jews." but they have to think, "Just because you say that, doesn't mean everyone else believes you have divine rights." So in conclusion I say that the Palestinians should have the land.
